THIS IS WHAT OUR UPDATE THROUGH A NEW BEGINNING AGENCY SENT TO US!
The waiting of adoption can be anxious, vulnerable, emotional and terribly difficult. Ask any family that has gone through it.
But this often difficult wait can include precious times of drawing near to God. During this uncertain time, he teaches us what it means to wait for him. We are drawn into a time of fruitful prayer and reading. God can use this “adoption pregnancy” to grow our hearts and prepare us to parent our child.
I am still confident of this: I will see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD. (Psalm 27:13-14).
Domestic Infant Program Update
This past month here at ANB has been very busy with Infant placements, one of our birth mom’s had her baby boy the end of May, Congratulations to Duane and Melissa. Two weeks ago we received a call from St. Luke’s Meridian from a birth mom wanting to place her baby for adoption. A family was chosen and the next day Shawn and Denise had a brand new baby boy to pick-up from the agency, Congratulations!!
Currently we are still working with 4 birth mom’s each in a different stage in the process of choosing a family. 2 of the birth mom’s have chosen families and will begin to show profiles to another one of our birth mom’s in the next month.
SO IN CONCLUSION THIS MEANS THAT THERE IS A LOT OF ACITVITY THAT IS TAKING PLACE IN OUR AGENCY! THIS IS A GOOD THING! I AM VERY HAPPY FOR THE WAITING COUPLES THAT WERE VERY BLESSED TO HAVE RECEIVED THEIR BABIES THESE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS. GOD BLESS THEM AND MAY GOD KEEP HIS HANDS OVER THEM AND TAKE CARE OF THEM.
THANK YOU TO ALL THAT HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING AND PRAYING WITH US!
