TODAY IS A GIFT TOMORROW IS NOT PROMISED

Adoption update……It is with a heavy heavy heart that I write this to my family and friends. We are so very sad and devasted. Due to lack of communication and support our adopition was unsuccessful. The baby was born on Wednesday and was a healthy beautiful baby girl. The little baby is going to stay with the birth mother and she is going to raise her. I hope the best for her and that baby may God be with you. Our family is hurting but we are strong and our love is amazing.

Thank you mom and dad for your response and all of your support you have given to us:*****Beth and Justin you are in our prayers. You guys have been through alot. I remember when you guys first heard that you had been chosen to receive Kayleen. Meeting the birth parents of Kayleen, how you both really liked them. It takes courage and love to put a child up for a adoption. You grew to respect them in their decision and the same for them. To see you both gleam with joy, made us all excited. The months of planning and the joy of buying little outfits, trying to picture what she would look like in them. Getting everything ready for her. It is hard to understand, but remember God is guiding you both in the right direction. He will take care of you both, there will be a door open that God will guide you through. We are sadden but know that there is another who is waiting for you. We love you and are hurting along with you both. Remember to put your trust in God and he will be there for you to lean on. Your family and friends will be there to comfort you both. We wish that little baby girl and her family the best and that God will take care of them. We will keep praying! love you mom and dad

Thank you Mamma Mary for your kind words:***** What has happened to our family is such a tragedy. You both deserve Kayleen to be your daughter. Months of planning, hoping and praying to bring this little miracle child into a loving, happy family that would be the greatest of Christian parents. The future for her would have been rich in so many ways. God will bless you with another child to love and nurture. We can only pray that Kayleen will have a happy life ahead of her. God will open another door and bring you a child to love. Your broken hearts will heal, life will go on for all of us through faith in The Lord.
Love you both so very much!

Thank you Karine for your kind words :*****I just wanted to say our thoughts and prayers are with you and Justin!
YOU GUYS ARE GOING TO MAKE THE BEST PARENTS IN THE WORLD! I am praying that God will hurry and find you a child, one that will come home with you and be yours for forever!

“I Still Believe”

Scattered words and empty thoughts
seem to pour from my heart
I’ve never felt so torn before
seems I don’t know where to start
but it’s now that I feel Your grace falls like rain
from every fingertip, washing away my pain

I still believe in Your faithfulness
I still believe in Your truth
I still believe in Your holy word
even when I don’t see, I still believe

Though the questions still fog up my mind
with promises I still seem to bear
even when answers slowly unwind
it’s my heart I see You prepare
but its now that I feel Your grace fall like rain
from every finger tip, washing away my pain

The only place I can go is into Your arms
where I throw to You my feeble prayers
in brokenness I can see that this was Your will for me
Help me to know You are near.

These last couple of days have been the hardest most devastating days of our lives. Life is definately a roller coaster and God sure does love to throw us some curve balls. But in the end, we are lucky to have each other. God has blessed our lives with the beauty of love. Love for each other, love for our family & friends, and enough love in our hearts to give to a child. We have been praying for God to bless our lives with a child and so far it has been a tough journey. From miscarriages to unsuccessful operations to failed adoptions but we have faith that God will answer our prayers.

We won’t give up and we are ‘preparing the field’ for our baby. We know God has big plans for our lives and trust that he wants us to have a child. We will continue on this path to adopt a child to make our family complete. Thank you for all of your prayers as we travel down the path of child adoption. This journey has had many ups and many downs so we thank everyone for being by our sides through thick and thin. We love you all and couldn’t have made it this far without you!

We know our baby is out there and we know that our baby needs us as much as we need our baby. This is all in God’s hands and we know with all of hearts he has a plan.

    Beth & Justin,

I am a friend of Brock & Nicole Cassity. I am so sorry to hear this news. I will not begin to pretend I know the pain and heartache you are going through, I can only imagine. I wish I knew the magic words to write to ease your sorrow. I can only tell you that your child will come.

When my husband and I began the adoption process and feeling the intense frustrations and anxiety, we were completely unaware that our child had not yet been conceived. There were other children along the way and with heavy hearts and even anger we had to let them go. Then one day they called…and our son was home with us two days later. Our process took many years, but I can’t imagine life without him…not life without a child, life without this child.

Please continue to believe and trust yourselves and God. Your child will be with you soon and you will be telling the joys of life with your child.

    God Bless you ~ shana

    Beth and Justin…

What a devastating loss for our entire family. I know you have waited so long for a baby. I have waited soooo long to be a REAL AUNT! You were so close! Everything happens for a reason. We can’t see the big picture because we are in it, but he can. God will bless you again and bring the entire adoption process to fruition. The sadness and heart break you feel now will be replaced by love and joy with your future child and your family will finally be complete. We can only pray that God watches over you in the future, and that He will guide another birth family to you very soon….

    All our love from Arizona
